FREE PORFOLIO REVIEWS

PhotOn Festival organizes for the first time in its 7 editions, public and free portfolio reviews open to anyone who wants to apply.(Limited spaces)

Due to the collaboration of the european network of photography festivals, Photo Europe Network (PHEN) where PhotOn Festival is founder, the directors of three European festivals, Jean Christoph-Godet (Guernsey Photo Festival), Sebastian Vaida (Photo Romania) and Panagiotis Papoutsis (Photometria, Greece) will carry out portfolio reviews during the morning of May 6, 2017 in Valencia.

The revisers panel, directors and programmers at some of the most important photography festivals in Europe, will help the photographers and provide them tools for the improvement of their photographic proposals with publishing and exhibition purposes.

The revisers-programmers who participate in this call are open to the reception of works of any photographic style, whether documentary, artistic, conceptual, wedding, etc … since its festivals combine many different photographic disciplines.

To participate in the free portfolio reviews, the candidates will have to:

1.- Present a project based on any of the photographic disciplines, with a maximum of 20 images and with a minimum of 10 compiled in pdf format.

2.- The works must be presented from April 18^th 2017 until April 26^th 2017, through the digital platform arranged in this section.

3.- On April 28^th  will be published the list of people selected for the first free portfolio reviews PhotOn Festival. The maximum number of selected people will be 20 photographers.
