Love has its geography, it is rooted and carved by the land where it is born, by the culture that dreams of it. “Llano” tells a love story with a land and a way of life, a geography that outlines and gives body to that romance. A love on horseback that crosses the roads, goes through six months of drought and six months of water. An epic love for the horse, the land and the people who inhabit this territory.
This exhibition, the fruit of collaboration with FNAC, formed part of the 2018 edition of the DOCfield Barcelona Documentary Photography Festival; a collective city and city initiative led by the Photographic Social Vision Foundation that recognises the social value of documentary photography and photojournalism. docfieldbarcelona.org / photographicsocialvision.org
